Xiamen Airlines has been a customer of CFM since 1992, when it purchased its first Boeing 737-500 equipped with CFM56 engines. Over the past three decades, CFM has provided Xiamen Airlines with installed and replacement engines, as well as service solutions. Today, the company operates or has on order a fleet of nearly 150 aircraft equipped with CFM engines. Xiamen introduced its first A321neo equipped with Leap-1A engines earlier this year.
