Why a tour operator decided to suspend sales to 13 destinations?

Until further notice, German tour operator Tischler Reisen has decided to no longer make offers for the Philippines, Japan, Hong Kong, Borneo, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Iran, Israel , Nepal, Bhutan and India. A brave decision?

These destinations do not offer reliable service following the pandemic

The organizer justifies the decision by the situation in the target areas. “Many of our partners in the areas mentioned are heavily overwhelmed in terms of staff. The old structures are far from functioning as before”. “Our experiences in recent months have therefore often been mixed and do not correspond to our service philosophy and our quality standards”.

The tour operator wants to satisfy and retain its customers

The measure is taken mainly in relation to customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as due to the current situation with often weeks of waiting. Tischler Reisen was founded in 1976 by Thomas Tischler and is based in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
