Canadian low cost WestJet announced Friday that as of September 25, 2023, its passengers will have access to 31 additional cities in 11 European countries from the airport Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) thanks to the expansion of WestJet’s codeshare agreement with Air France.
Through a successful 10-year partnership, the two airlines have connected millions of travelers between Canada and Europe with the convenience of a single ticket and the ability to earn WestJet Dollars throughout their journey. Previously, the codeshare agreement between WestJet and Air France included 22 destinations via Charles De Gaulle airport, all of which will be maintained while the number of destinations in Europe now increases to 53 which will be accessible as part of the WestJet network.
