On the occasion of the annual campaignPink Octoberthe Spanish low cost Vueling joins forces for the seventh consecutive year with theSpanish Association Against Cancer to recall the crucial importance of early detection of breast cancer.

As part of this campaign, Vueling dressed the seat headrests from his planes with the message: “Early check, the check-in that can’t wait” (“the control that can’t wait“). This campaign highlights the importance of screening for breast cancer very early. It is also relayed on the website of the Spanish airline.

Also, the two partners work hand in hand on various humanitarian actions, including the transport of cancer patients to enable them to receive appropriate medical treatment. In addition, Vueling also provides care for children whose parents are sick, so that they can benefit from summer vacation camps organized by the association.

At Vueling, we are committed to working for collective well-being by putting our wings at the service of those who need it most. We also want to actively engage in the fight against such a widespread disease. We make our planes an awareness space to make a difference“, says Sandra Hors, director of communications and sustainable development at Vueling.
