Vietnam Airlines continues to strengthen its services from France. This fall, the Vietnamese company will add, from October 31, a fifth weekly frequency between Paris CDG and Ton Son Nhat airport in Ho-Chi-Minh-City. The additional frequency will be operated by Airbus A350 with 305 passengers, divided into three travel classes.

The additional flight will be scheduled on Monday departing from Vietnam and Tuesday departing from France. Departing from Paris, the flight will leave Roissy CDG airport at 1:35 p.m. (local time), reaching Ho-Chi-Minh-City the following day at 6:55 a.m. On the way back, the plane leaves Ton Son Nhat international airport at 11:10 p.m. (local time) to land at Roissy CDG at 7:40 a.m. the following day.

Daily between Paris and Hanoi

Vietnam Airlines currently offers one daily flight between Paris and Hanoi and up to four flights per week between Paris and Ho Chi Minh City, with connections to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and several other countries in Asia. The company also serves 22 domestic destinations, connecting the main Vietnamese cities to Europe. Since August 15, 2023, the period during which tourist visitors can stay in Vietnam without the need for a visa has been increased from 15 to 45 days. The Vietnamese government has thus decided to increase the duration of temporary stays without visas for citizens of 13 countries, including France.
