From December 2023, the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express will offer four new winter routes between Paris and the French Alps, thus strengthening its presence in France.
The luxury convoy will depart from Paris to the Alps on December 15 and 21, 2023, and from the Alps to Paris on December 16 and 22, 2023. An immersion in Savoie to discover some of the most preserved rural areas of France going as far as the alpine stations of Albertville, Moûtiers and Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
Having the possibility to get off at one of the three stations, passengers will have access to the ski resorts of Megève and Mont Blanc; Courchevel and the Three Valleys and Tignes-Val d’Isère. Eight new ultra-luxury suites will be added in June 2023; thus, the train will offer three categories of cabins capable of satisfying the needs of each customer: the classic cabins, the new and sumptuous Suites and the Grand Suite.
Evening departure is from Paris and the package includes dinner, breakfast and brunch, all soft drinks and transfers to Gare de Lyon. Guests staying in the Grand Suites can also enjoy a private car transfer from Albertville, Moûtiers or Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
