President Volodymyr Zelenskyy implemented the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) regarding the protection and security of critical infrastructure and energy facilities in conflict situations. To this end, the Ukrainian National Cybersecurity Coordination Center and IP3 International are launching a “Collective Defense AI fusion Center” (CDAIC) to enable Ukraine and its allies to defend themselves together in cybersecurity.
