TUI France is launching its recruitment campaign and is looking for 160 profiles who will join the TUI France training school called Klaxon Rouge. These new recruits will work in 54 Marmara Clubs and Lookéa Clubs during the summer of 2024.
160 positions are to be filled including:
– 120 apprenticeship contracts
– 20 professionalization contracts
– 20 delegates in professionalization contracts
Applicants can apply until November 10, 2023.
Training start dates:
– Leisure tourism facilitator apprenticeship contract to become a versatile facilitator : training from November 27, 2023 until the end of March 2024 at the Klaxon rouge school and departure to destination from the beginning of April 2024 until mid-October 2024.
The versatile facilitators are responsible for fun and sporting activities in the Lookéa and Marmara Clubs. They participate in shows and club life.

– Show designer apprenticeship contract to become a choreographer:
training from November 2, 2023 until the end of March 2024 at the Klaxon rouge school and departure to destination from the beginning of April 2024 until mid-October 2024.
- The choreographers are responsible for creating all the shows produced by the entertainment team (rehearsals, costume design, fitness, dance classes) in the Lookéa Clubs and Marmara Clubs.

– Apprenticeship contract responsible for children’s club animation to become mini-club manager: training from November 27, 2023 until the end of March 2024 at the Klaxon rouge school and departure to destination from the beginning of April 2024 until mid-October 2024.
The managers of the mini-club are responsible for offering children and adolescents a rich, fun and varied program. They are responsible for the mini-club or adolescent leaders and participate in club life, shows and evenings.

– Professionalization contract for sound and light technician animator: training from January 3, 2024 until the end of March 2024 at the Klaxon rouge school and departure to destination from the beginning of April 2024 until mid-October 2024.
The sound and light technician is responsible for the technical part of the club (musical atmosphere during the day, being in control during shows, video editing, etc.). He also participates in sporting activities and can be a DJ for dance evenings.

Delegated professionalization contract at destination: training from November 20, 2023 to February 16, 2024 at the Klaxon Rouge school and departure to destination at the end of the training until October 31, 2024.
The delegate is the brand ambassador and is also the relay to TUI France services.
He controls operations at destination, monitors vacationers’ stays, and ensures the conformity of the services sold. He assists customers in the event of difficulties and is also their contact for the sale of excursions.
