Portuguese airports lead the movement of aircraft from Transavia during the current IATA summer season, the low-cost carrier, which operates from France as well as Amsterdam Schiphol, announced.

In addition to the Portuguese continent including Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Transavia also serves the islands of Madeira (Funchal) and Sao Miguel (Ponta Delgada), in the two Portuguese autonomous regions.
Transavia also announced this week that passenger traffic this summer was up by 21% this year compared to the figures achieved in 2022. It recorded an occupancy rate of 90% on average for flights carried out until August 23. Figures which should not change much until the end of the summer season, which ends at the end of October, given the volume of reservations and scheduled flights.
