Hawaii’s Island Air Re-Brands for Delivery of ATR 42s and ATR 72s

Hawaiian inter-island carrier Island Air is embarking on an image and brand overhaul to accompany the replacement of its existing fleet of Bombardier Dash 8-100 and Dash 8-200 turboprops with ATR 72s and ATR 42s, which begins in August.

The main shareholders of Greek airlines Aegean Airlines and Olympic Air have agreed a merger which, if the deal is permitted by the European Commission, would result in the formation of a new company to be listed on the Athens Exchange.
