In 2022, more than 474,000 French people spent their holidays in Canada! This is a real craze for the destination since it already represents 74% of the scores for the year 2019 (our record year) and totally unexpected given the capacity restrictions in transport and the hotel industry in 2022.

In addition, in 2022, arrivals of travelers from Destination Canada’s priority markets were as follows:

1. United States: 13,965,175

2. United Kingdom: 636 403

3. France: 474,151

4. Mexico: 374,067

5. Germany: 268,132

6. Australia: 170,818

7. South Korea: 78,326

8. China: 73,747
