Tenerife recently presented the international agenda of musical, sporting and cultural events for 2023. A complete program of activities and events that will make the island the ideal destination to enjoy a wide offer of experiential leisure and high level throughout the year.

Among the upcoming events, Green World
The most underground and international electronic music festival in the Canary Islands, will open its season on the island on April 8. It will welcome Luciano, one of the most coveted DJs on the planet, as well as Raresh and Ben Sterling.
Singer Sting is expected in June
The Easter weekend will also be the opportunity to go to the island to attend the I love Music Festival, on April 8. The day before, on April 7, the La Misa festival will take place, which can also be enjoyed on June 10.
The world-famous singer, Sting, will announce the very near arrival of summer with a concert at the Adeje football ground on June 3.
The Cook Music Fest will be held from July 14 to 22 in Puerto de la Cruz, with music, shows and gastronomy. Its commitment to the dissemination of culture and leisure has made it a historic event where renowned artists from the world of
music and humour, and which also offers shows for children and a gastronomic area.
For its part, Ritmos del mundo, one of the oldest festivals on the island, will be held again on July 15.
The 17th edition of the Mar Abierto festival will welcome Andrés Calamaro during his concerts in Tenerife on July 22, at the Santiago Martín pavilion.

Several techno and house music festivals in August
We continue the festivities with the Sunblast music festival which will offer on August 12, 2023, as every year, a show rich in innovative and avant-garde music. This is an event
proposed by the group Farra, which plans to organize several festivals of electronic, techno and house music in the coming months.

The seventh edition of the Phe Festival will bring together outstanding national, international and local artists and groups in the coastal city of Puerto de la Cruz on August 19-20. The festival offers two days of concerts and a complete holiday experience with a program of parallel activities including urban sports championships, sports and sustainability workshops, art exhibitions and other cultural activities in the city. .
The Mujeres World Fest music festival will celebrate its second edition on August 26 at the Costa Adeje Golf Course. The first confirmed artists are India Martínez and Pastora Soler. The Canarian DJ Renzzo El Selector will also be there.
The Boreal Festival is a unique cultural and sustainable project, based on a singular event that transcends strictly artistic manifestations. It will take place from September 21 to 24 in the historic center of Los Silos, in the northeast of the island of Tenerife.
Peñón Rock is one of the most established rock festivals in the archipelago, with several parallel activities, which will take place in Puerto de la Cruz on October 13 and 14.

And flamenco shows
Among the varied offer of entertainment and shows in Tenerife, some take place throughout the year, such as those offered by the Las Olas show room at the GF Victoria hotel: the Scandal dinner show and the Flamenco Ole. Its great diversity of landscapes allows it to host all kinds of events.
The Vuelta al Teide, which will celebrate its sixth edition on May 6 and which is included in the world calendar of the Union Cycliste, with the participation of more than 25 countries, is an example of this. The Vuelta al Teide has a route of 175 kilometers and an elevation of 4,400 meters, with a start and finish in the coastal tourist area of Puerto de La Cruz.
