Airbus and the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) have successfully completed the automatic in-flight refueling test between the Airbus A330 MRTT and the F-15 fighter jet. They made more than 500 automated contacts in three weeks.

Airbus and the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) collaborated to successfully complete the automatic aerial refueling (A3R) flight test campaign with the Airbus A330 Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) and F-15 fighter, ahead of of its certification in the first half of 2024. Over three weeks in August, an RSAF A330 MRTT made more than 500 automated contacts with the entire Singapore Air Force fleet, including the F-15SG, a customized variant of the F-15E Strike Eagle ground attack aircraft built in the United States.
