On August 23, 2023, Washington, DC, Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin company (NYSE: LMT), announced the signing of an agreement with Indonesian aerospace company PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) to enter into a strategic partnership for a sale of up to 24 Sikorsky S-70M Black Hawk® helicopters for the Republic of Indonesia. Jeff White, vice president of global business development at Sikorsky, said the agreement demonstrates mutual interest with PTDI to supply Black Hawk S-70M helicopters to meet Indonesia’s security needs.
