The San Clemente Palace Kempinski, located on the private island about ten minutes by shuttle boat from Piazza San Marco, reopens today March 24 for the 2023 season, offering luxury stays on the lagoon, in a palace at the surrounded by gardens, a heated outdoor swimming pool and lots of privacy.

It has 123 rooms and 73 suites in Venetian style. Those who want a view of the bell tower of San Marco can choose the Marco Polo Suite, 110 square meters of marble and Murano glass and private access.

And for a VIP vacation, there’s the three-bedroom suite decorated in Venetian silks, Murano glass and Carrara marble. It can accommodate up to six people on 380 square meters including kitchen, cellar, living room and dining room. Chefs, sommeliers and concierges are on hand, as well as dedicated staff for private events. To complete the immersive experience in the Venetian atmosphere, the residence can also be reached by gondola, docking at a private dock.

The island, which houses a Romanesque church dating from 1131, also has a golf course, a spa where you can also treat yourself to a 24-carat gold facial, a jogging course, a kids club and a helipad.
