Two recent images from the dry dock of the Sevastopol naval base confirm that the Rostov-on-Don submarine (Rostov-on-Don, improved Kilo class) is completely destroyed. It had been hit during a missile attack on the night of September 12 to 13, 2023. In addition to this loss, the Russian Black Sea Fleet also saw the destruction (also confirmed) of the Minsk tank landing ship (class Ropucha I).
On the night of September 12 to 13, the Sevastopol naval base was attacked by Ukrainian missiles. If images of the attack are rare and imprecise, a series of satellite images and an image of the Minsk tank landing ship (Ropucha I class) already made it possible to confirm the total loss of this building. All that was missing was an image of the Rostov-on-Don submarine (Rostov-on-Don, improved Kilo class). However, two images (available below) have finally been published by Russians with access to the two dry docks.
