Europe
In France, on the edge of the Vosges natural park, in the picturesque Alsatian countryside, the establishment Merise combines refinement and simplicity and its restaurant, awarded 2 stars by the 2022 Michelin guide, is aimed at lovers of good food looking for cuisine with local products.
In Belgium, on the ninth floor of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Antwerp, self-taught chef Viki Geunes opened the restaurant in 2022 Zilte, already 3 Michelin stars. With a breathtaking view of the port, the scent of the sea is in the spotlight in this restaurant whose name means “salt” in Dutch.
In Spain, in the region of Galicia, located at the western end of Europe, at the edge of the ocean, the Pepe Vieira Restaurante & Hotel promises a spectacular dining experience. During an interactive dinner, guests can visit the kitchens of the restaurant, awarded two stars and a green star in the 2023 Michelin Guide.
Still in the north of the country, the Cantabrian countryside serves as a framework for Palacio La Helguera, a 17th-century palace turned into a hotel that welcomes adults only. The owner, also an interior designer with a passion for history, has given this house a unique soul.

Japan
Renovated in 2022, the Noborioji Hotel Nara is conveniently located in the heart of historic Nara, just a short walk from the traditional landmarks of Japan’s former imperial capital.
