Qatar Airways continues to consolidate its flight schedule from France. The Doha company thus inaugurated its new Toulouse-Doha link on July 18. Toulouse becomes the fourth French destination for Qatar Airways after Paris, Nice and Lyon.

Two-class configuration for the Airbus A330-200

This new direct connection is operated by Airbus A330-200 with 260 seats in two-class configuration (24 seats in business class and 236 seats in economy class). To celebrate the event of the inaugural flight, passengers enjoyed a typical French catering menu and received numerous gifts on departure and arrival, including a box of Pierre Hermé macaroons. The Toulouse-Doha link will be operated three times a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays).

“The Doha hub will facilitate connections with Asia, Africa and Oceania for our French and international customers. This opening also creates new opportunities for international freight transport from Toulouse. I would like to thank all the institutions tourist promotion and economic development of Toulouse and the Occitanie region who worked with us on this project”, says Philippe Crébassa, chairman of the board of directors of Toulouse-Blagnac airport.
