Pierre & Vacances: double-digit growth for the second consecutive financial year

The Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group announces double-digit growth in its tourism activities over the entire 2022/2023 financial year (+12.8% compared to the previous financial year at 1.74 billion euros and +27.6% compared to the 2019 financial year). The group specifies that in the fourth quarter, activity was up 6.1% to 608.10 million euros, even though the summer of 2022, particularly dynamic post-Covid (+15.4% compared to in summer 2021) “constitutes a high base effect”.

A record turnover

A record group turnover of 1.915 billion euros (+8.2%) confirms the financial forecasts for the 2022/2023 financial year. The group targets adjusted Ebitda of more than 130 million euros and operational cash flow generation of more than 50 million euros.
