In 1923, the Llabanère airfield was officially created. It will quickly take off and become an essential stopover on the Aéropostale, the legendary line of Saint Exupéry, Mermoz and other pioneers of the sky. For 10 years now, Perpignan airport has been renovated again and adapted to the evolution of air transport. In 2022, the platform regained more than 92% of its 2019 traffic (with 410,000 passengers transported in 2022).
