Paris: self-service scooters stop from September

It is the end of the 15,000 self-service electric scooters of the three operators, Dott, Lime and Tier in Paris, neither for the inhabitants nor for the tourists who voted for them to move easily in the streets of the capital.

Paris will be the first European capital to completely ban this service. A decision that comes “from below”, because it is the result of a citizen referendum in which, on April 2, Parisians voted against this type of mobility. From now on, the operators present have until August 31 to free the capital from the “trots de loc’”, as they are familiarly called.
