MSC Cruises redefines luxury cruising with the MSC Yacht Club, to offer a unique travel experience to its most demanding passengers. Located at the front of the ship, it reveals many privileges for an unforgettable cruise. You will find at the end of the press release, details from Patrick Pourbaix who wishes to clarify that travel agencies remain important partners (following our article)
“A ship within a ship” is how MSC Cruises presents the MSC Yacht Club
This exclusive area is only accessible to MSC Yacht Club customers, who have access to all areas of the ship. Upon boarding, passengers have a dedicated service for check-in. No waiting, personalized service and a butler to accompany them on board. A great adventure that begins when you discover the cabin, or rather the suite. Created by the famous architects of the De Jorio Design International agency, the MSC Yacht Club suites offer incomparable comfort, uncompromising luxury with multiple exclusive advantages. Guests will be able to fall asleep comfortably in Egyptian cotton sheets and savor the unparalleled pleasure of a memory foam mattress and a wide choice of pillows. The MSC Yacht Club offers five categories of suites: interior suites, executive & family suites, deluxe suites and the new royal suites with private hot tub on the balcony.
The many advantages offered by the MSC Yacht Club do not stop there!
Throughout their stay, passengers have at their disposal a dedicated butler service around the clock, as well as a 24-hour concierge service. They can also enjoy private shopping sessions in the onboard boutiques outside of regular opening hours, or discover exclusive jewelry pieces right in their suite.
To stay in this bubble of privileges, guests have access to exclusive spaces such as a dedicated restaurant offering refined dishes, a panoramic lounge with an extraordinary sea view, as well as a swimming pool and a solarium on the exterior deck, the all with an all-inclusive beverage service. Naturally, it is also possible to take advantage of the multiple opportunities for leisure, relaxation and entertainment offered throughout the rest of the ship.

In terms of well-being, MSC Yacht Club guests have unlimited access to the thermal area of the MSC Aurea Spa as well as a dedicated cabin, available on request, for massages and treatments.
Finally, to discover the cities during stopovers, it is possible to have a private transfer or exclusive MSC Yacht Club excursions to certain destinations, thus offering a personalized experience. Exclusive areas on land are available to MSC Yacht Club guests, including on Sir Bani Yas Island in the Emirates, where hammocks and parasols, cabanas, a dedicated dining area and bar await them. The same goes for Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, MSC Cruises’ private island in the Bahamas, with its beach reserved for the MSC Yacht Club.

First created in 2008, the MSC Yacht Club is present on all ships in the fleet
They are present (i.e. 15 ships out of the 22 in the fleet), such as the latest flagships MSC World Europa and MSC Euribia.
Refinement, exclusivity and service are the key words of the MSC Yacht club… Each trip is distinguished by the quality of service and an eye for detail that makes all the difference. This association makes the MSC Yacht Club the most exclusive private space at sea.

Patrick Pourbaix speaks following one of our articles
MSC Cruises France recorded +-10% direct sales before the COVID crisis.
This percentage increased to +-20% during the crisis and seems to be maintained in 2023 (without increase).
Contrary to what is written, our efforts are focused on supporting travel agencies who ask us to help them, after the crisis, on training, eductours, etc.
Our large sales team is dedicated to supporting and developing sales in travel agencies.
Our development strategy has always focused primarily on B2B sales and this model, which is very successful for us, has not changed!
