The European aircraft manufacturer Airbus and the Air France KLM maintenance service are in exclusive negotiations for the creation of a partnership. This would take the form of a joint venture dedicated to the global provision of maintenance services for Airbus A350 equipment. This collaboration envisages supply chain management, repairs, as well as the creation of a shared global stock of equipment.
