Lyon Aero Jobsdevice created and managed by theLyon airport in partnership with Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes employment centerorganizes the Forum « Destination Job » Tuesday October 10 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.at the Groupama Stadium, in Décines.
A real asset for the region and in particular for the neighboring municipalities, this system collects job offers offered by companies based on the airport platform and makes them available to job seekers in the region. Each year, this partnership makes it possible to anticipate staffing needs and demonstrates its effectiveness by enabling the recruitment of several hundred employees on the airport platform, a large number of whom live in neighboring communities.
Next Tuesday, October 10 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. during this Forum “ Destination Job », more than 200 vacancies will be presented by nearly thirty companies based at Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport and partners of the event. Many sectors of activity are concerned: Logistics, Transport, Catering, Sales, Hospitality, Service, Airport Assistance and Airport Security.
In order to facilitate access to the jobs offered, candidates will be able to benefit from support via several mechanisms: training before employment on a permanent contract financed by Pôle emploi within the framework of the POEI (operational preparation for individual employment) and the AFPR (pre-recruitment training action), facilitated immersion for professions outside the airport security zone, or MRS (simulation recruitment method).
