At theFrankfurt airportthe reception and registration area Lufthansa for passengers traveling in First classlocated in Terminal 1, hall A, is currently the subject of a complete renovation.
Modernization work began at the beginning of October, with the aim of adapting the space to the current design of First Class on board the aircraft. On the program in Frankfurt, the German airline’s main hub: an exclusive waiting area, changing rooms allowing you to comfortably repack your bags, elegant tables with seats as well as service counters manned by Lufthansa staff.
At the end of the work, Senators and First Class passengers will also have access to dedicated baggage drop-off terminals and will be able to reach the First Class area directly from car park P31. The modernization work is expected to last until fall 2024. During this period, the current space will remain closed.
To allow customers to continue to benefit from First Class check-in, the check-in area will be transferred to the area of counters 100. Passengers with reduced mobility or requiring special assistance will be able to use check-in counters 336 to 338 in hall B.
