Passengers who have checked in through the apps of the Lufthansa Group airlines now have the opportunity to organize their flight even more efficiently.
Now, from Frankfurt, Berlin, Gothenburg, Stockholm and Oslo airportsTHE actual waiting times at security checkpoints are displayed in the flight details shown in the mobile apps of Lufthansa, and the subsidiaries Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and SWISS. This service will soon be available at other airports, starting with Munich.
Lufthansa’s mobile app allows you, among other things, to directly book a ticket and a seat, or to edit your boarding pass. The customer also receives automatic notifications about his next flight, accesses other personalized services and can easily manage his personal data. With his smartphone, he has his boarding pass at hand at all times. During the flight, he keeps a permanent overview of all available on-board services. On landing, the application makes it easy to follow the progress of checked baggage in the hold.
