A real opportunity
Marietton Développement takes over 42.5% of the capital of Bleu Voyages. He is leading part of this acquisition with Gérard Luret, the former director of business travel at Bleu Voyages, retired and a major shareholder. It seems that a way out would be found to acquire the set. Marietton Développement is getting closer to the objective it had set itself: to reach €2 billion in business volume. David Bernin has been appointed Managing Director of Bleu Voyages, in addition to Ailleurs Voyages.
He will be accompanied by Cédric Jarrige, Deputy General Manager Business and Sylvie Fillot, Deputy General Manager Tourism. Jean-Pierre Lorente remains alongside the holding company of the Marietton Développement group.
