The US State Department has approved an FMS sale to the Japanese government comprising Rolling Airframe Missiles (RAM) Block 2B tactical missiles and associated equipment, at an estimated cost of $74.6 million. The Japanese government has requested to purchase up to sixty-three RAM Block 2B, RIM-116E tactical missiles.
