From Tuesday October 3 to Thursday October 5, 2023, the Tourism Committee of the Islands of Guadeloupe (CTIG) confirms its presence at the 45th edition of the national and international tourism trade fair: IFTM-Top Résa. This year, 16 partners and co-exhibitors will be present on CTIG stand no. F038 at the Caribbean Village.
The IFTM Top Résa 2023 is:
- “Challenges and Resilience” as the theme in the spotlight and more than 100 conferences: barometers and trends, business travel, MICE, leisure, digital, sustainability, attractiveness and destination France;
- Nearly 30,000 French and international tourism professionals including 1,500 exhibitors and co-exhibitors expected over 3 days at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center;
- Numerous meetings with travel agents, tour operators, airlines, maritime and cruise lines, discussions on new customer expectations, boosting the 2023/2024 season from the main source markets and concluding agreements for our destination.
Spriritourism
No less than 6 Guadeloupean distilleries and rum factories come to defend and support Spiritourism (Habitation Bellevue, Papa Rouyo, Bielle, Longueteau, Karukera, Montebello). A major theme which offers new possibilities for discovering the destination. A certain craze which reveals a real underlying trend: the meeting of authenticity and heritage.

34 socio-professional partners have joined forces with the CTIG to provide travel agents, certified “Guadeloupe Islands Experts”, with promotional offers (accommodation, nautical or outdoor activities, visits to distilleries, museums, etc.).
To obtain this title of “Expert of the Islands of Guadeloupe”, travel agents must register on www.secretsdesilesdeguadeloupe.com and validate the 4 stages of the program: e-learning, webinar/seminar, challenge of sales, and eductour.
