NEXT OPENING – HEARST HOTEL

THE Hearst Hotelof the group Inn Resorts Collectionwill open its doors in 2024 within the Hearst Building located in the district of Union Square (the angle of Market Street and of 3rd Street). This neo-Spanish style building built in 1898, and listed as a historical monument, housed the San Francisco Examine which was managed by the billionaire and magnate of the press: William Hearst.

The hotel will be inaugurated after major renovation and interior refurbishment works. From the top of its 13 floors, it will include 150 rooms, a spa, a spacious entrance hall, a rooftop and a restaurant. Its design will combine the simplicity of life on the West Coast European aesthetic inspired by the Hearst family art collection.

KIMPTON HOTEL ENSO
Situated in Japantown districtTHE Kimpton Hotel Enso opened in December 2022. The hotel’s 131 rooms feature a natural color palette that tastefully combines light wood tones and hints of off-white, paired with pops of green, a soft blend of Japanese accents and Californian.

In the hall of the establishment there is a coffee corner offering a selection of green tea and matcha tea as well as vending machines with a full range of snacks and Japanese drinks. There Technicolor Room hosts art exhibitions alternately throughout the year. The hotel also has an interior courtyard where guests can come enjoy a glass of wine, do some yoga, or just read a book.

BARNES HOTEL

After a multi-million dollar renovation, the Barnes Hotel (formerly Villa Florence) officially opened in December 2022 at Union Square. This 189-room hotel, housed in a historic building dating back to 1908, is just steps from the bus stop. cable car Powell Street. The establishment has spacious, modern and pop art rooms. It also offers a meeting space of 130 m² divided into three rooms, a fitness center and a valet parking service. By the end of the year, the hotel also plans to modernize its lobby and restaurant.

HYATT REGENCY SAN FRANCISCO

THE Hyatt Regency San Franciscolocated a few steps from the Ferry Buildingcompleted its $55 million room renovation in October 2022. Each room, with a modern, urban style, has panoramic windows offering exceptional views of the iconic san francisco bay and the neighborhood the Embarcadero. The establishment is renowned for having the largest atrium in the world. Designed by the famous architect John Portman, it belongs to the brutalist style.
