HomeExchange Collection is an exclusive community for high-end homeowners. The platform offers – through an annual membership – more than 300 luxury properties in 40 countries, and is dedicated to the exchange of exceptional goods between travellers.

A new way of traveling, therefore, without financial transaction, which allows you to adapt your travel desires to daily habits and needs, to find the same standing as at home. Here is a selection of three properties with relaxing settings.

Modern comfort at Nasbypark, Sweden

Only 30 minutes from Stockholm, Fredrik and Camilla reveal a warm house. With a contemporary style, providing an open and airy living space, the house is composed of three bedrooms as well as a large patio providing beautiful light and perfect sunshine. It opens onto a large garden and its playground for children. For restorative holidays, the private sauna will provide an incomparable “well-being” moment.

This property is located in Näsbypark, one of the popular suburbs of the Swedish capital. This residential area is particularly appreciated for its proximity to the sea and reveals both contemporary villas and buildings dating from the early 1900s. Fredrik and Camilla recommend discovering the Näsaängsbadet bathing area, not far from their house, and enjoying many walks along the water.

The calm of the Wicklow Mountains, Ireland

Nestled at the foot of the Wicklow Mountains, 20 minutes from Dublin, Karen’s house is surrounded by abundant forest and offers a magnificent view of the capital and the sea. Stretching over 139m2, it is made up of four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a billiard table, a grand piano, guitars and opening onto a large garden.

Located less than 3 hours drive from Galway, Cork and Limerick, Karen’s house is halfway between metropolis and countryside, an ideal starting point to discover the cultural activities of Dublin and enjoy the serenity of the Irish countryside. In the heart of the Wicklow mountains, surrounded by two forests, it offers an optimal resting environment, isolated, away from residential areas.

Sunbathing in Caloundra, Australia

One hour from Brisbane, Vicky’s house has direct access to the ocean. Located in Caloundra, on the tip of the Queensland Sunshine Coast, this 350m property2 offers three bedrooms as well as numerous outdoor spaces, including a waterfront terrace. Visitors will enjoy basking in the sun in the swimming pool and the private garden, lulled by the sound of the waves.

Surrounded by sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, the town of Caloundra is a wonderful destination for a family vacation. Its proximity to the ocean allows you to enjoy activities suitable for young and old alike. Vicky advises surfing enthusiasts to go to the beaches of Shelly Beach, Happy Valley or Currimundi Beach.
