Due to the war situation between the Hamas and Israelairlines, such as Air France and Brussels Airlinesextend the suspension of service to Tel Aviv.
Regular Air France flights scheduled to and from Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv until October 31, 2023 are canceled. “Air France reiterates that the safety of its customers and crews is its absolute priority. The company constantly monitors the evolution of the geopolitical situation of the territories served and flown by its aircraft in order to ensure the highest level of flight safety and security.“, indicated the French airline, adding that commercial measures allowing customers to postpone or cancel their trip free of charge.
Also, Brussels Airlines, Belgian subsidiary of Lufthansa Group, will not operate regular flights to Tel Aviv until October 31 inclusive. Like other European, American, Asian and also Middle Eastern airlines, the Belgian company decided almost two weeks ago, for security reasons, to cancel its regular flights to and from Tel Aviv.
Air France and Brussels Airlines flights were until now canceled until October 22, but the measure is therefore extended at least until October 31 inclusive.
