On October 4, ASF is organizing a charity evening to finance its activities, in the presence of astronaut Thomas Pesquet and Swiss explorer Bertrand Piccard.
Under the theme of commitment
Chaired by Gérard Feldzerformer airline pilot and instructor at Air France (among others), Aviation Without Borders is a NGO which puts the means and skills of the aeronautical world at the service of humanitarian work: https://asf-fr.org/fr
The association is organizing, on October 4 at 8 p.m. at Great Rex in Paris, a major charity evening, called “Rêver sans Frontières”, intended to finance its activities.
The event, under the theme of commitment, will be musical, cinematographic and literary.
In the program
Concerts, discussions and a preview will punctuate the evening.
They will come and play the Petites Mains Symphoniques orchestra (70 musicians aged 7 to 17), under the direction of its founder Eric du Fay, artistic director of the Ensemble Instrumental à Vents de Paris; the singer of Indonesian origin Anggun, godmother of ASF; and the violinist of Chinese origin Zhang Zhangmember of the Monte Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra.
French astronaut Thomas Pesquet, godfather of ASF, will present his next book Thomas Pesquet tells about our blue planetto be published on October 18 by Flammarion Jeunesse, and whose copyright will be donated to the association.
The Swiss explorer Bertrand Piccard and the French photographer Yann Arthus Bertrand will speak for their part about their commitments.
An extract from the documentary Without Borders with Thomas Pesquet will be broadcast in preview.
Other surprises will punctuate the event.
