This November 10, the very first copy of Northrop Grumman’s B-21 Raider took off for the very first time from Plant 42 air base. This strategic bomber represents the future of the US Air Force, and particularly of Global Strike Command because it will replace the B-2A Spirit and B-1B Lancer.
The B-21 flies!
A video published on social networks (below) confirms that this November 10 in the morning, the first copy of the B-21 Raider stealth strategic bomber made its first flight. It is possible to see the plane take off, while still retaining its landing gear. An F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter jet also accompanies the aircraft. This step is important: it will confirm the real flight capabilities of the aircraft and subsequently, confirm the combat capabilities.
