Finnair returns to Nagoya, updates 2024 winter schedule

Finnair will launch two weekly frequencies around Nagoya in Japan on May 30, 2024. Finnair is also updating its traffic schedule for winter 2024 by adding flights to British islands, Iceland and leisure destinations in Portugal and to Canary Islands.

“We are delighted to resume our connection to Nagoya, where we were flying before the pandemic. We already serve Tokyo Haneda and Narita, as well as Osaka. During the 2024 summer season, we will have a total of twenty weekly frequencies to Japan”declares Ole Orvér, commercial director of Finnair, in a press release. “We will also offer a very attractive leisure offer to popular holiday destinations for the 2024 winter season”continues Orvér.

From October 2024, Finnair will launch scheduled flights to three of its former charter destinations. There will be two weekly frequencies around Faro in Portugal and Lanzarote And Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands. Finnair will also begin operating two popular leisure destinations with wide-body aircraft. There will be three additional weekly frequencies to Dubai with the aircraft Airbus A330. Flights to Las Palmas will be operated withAirbus A350.

Finnair is also adding additional flights to British islands for the next winter season. Manchester will benefit from five additional weekly frequencies, and Dublin And Edinburgh will both receive two additional weekly frequencies. All these flights will be seamlessly connected to Finnair flights to northern Finland, Scandinavia and Japan. In Iceland, Finnair will add three additional weekly frequencies around Reykjavik.
