EASA issued the type certificate to Dassault Aviation’s Falcon 6X, which resulted in its certification by the FAA. This certification concludes a two-year test campaign.
EASA and FAA have certified Dassault’s Falcon 6X.
The EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) today gave the Falcon 6X its type certificate, which resulted in its certification by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) on the same day. This certification by the two main civil aviation regulatory bodies marks the end of a two-year test campaign, which required 1,500 flight hours around the world. This now paves the way for approval by other national aviation agencies.
