The ship will undergo final preparations before her christening ceremony, which will take place in Civitavecchia, Italy, on July 8. It will then embark on its maiden voyage from Southampton, UK, on July 17 for a 15-night sail to the Norwegian fjords, the Arctic Circle and Copenhagen in Denmark.
Explora I is the first of a fleet of up to six ships

The 461 “homes at sea” will include an owner’s residence, 22 ocean residences and 67 ocean penthouses, in addition to Ocean Terrace and Ocean Grand Terrace suites.
