The European Parliament will vote this Wednesday, October 4, on the proposed resolution presented by the organization’s petitions committee on standardizing the dimensions of cabin baggage and making it free. A subject that Mistertravel had addressed in an article on September 22.

Conditions that need to be harmonized

In the proposal, approved last week in the Petitions Committee, MEPs reiterate their support for finalizing European legislation on air passengers’ rights with the aim of raising their levels of protection and information, as well as to “ensure that airlines operate under harmonized conditions”.
