Emirates will launch an additional service of five flights per week from Dubai to London Heathrow to the winter seasonfrom October 31, 2023 to March 30, 2024.
The Dubai company currently serves London-Heathrow with six daily flights by Airbus A380. The additional seasonal service will be operated on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and will be served by Boeing 777-300ER, equipped with a three-class configuration split between First, Business and Economy class.
On the outward journey, Emirates flight EK41 will take off from Dubai at 1.20 p.m. and arrive at London Heathrow at 5.20 p.m. local time. The return flight, EK42, will depart London Heathrow at 8:15 p.m. and arrive in Dubai at 7:15 a.m. local time the next day. “This seasonal service will meet market demand during the busy winter season and provide customers with more travel choices“, can we read in its press release.
Emirates continues to restore services to the UK with the recent resumption of its A380 routes to Birmingham and Glasgow, the doubling of daily flights to London-Stansted and enhanced services to Newcastle and London-Gatwick.
In total, it currently serves the UK with 126 weekly flights from its Dubai base, including a six-daily A380 service to London Heathrow; an A380 service three times a day to London-Gatwick; twice-daily service to London-Stansted; an A380 service three times a day to Manchester; a twice-daily service to Birmingham (including one by A380); a daily service to Newcastle; and a daily A380 service to Glasgow.
