The Israeli national airline EL AL will be present at the first trade fair for tourism professionals and its teams will be available to the press, travel agents and visitors on stand S032 of the Israeli National Tourist Office.
E-learning and a draw for travel agents
EL AL will organize e-learning for travel agents throughout the show. 6 questions will be sent to them, which will allow them to learn more about the company and perhaps win a round trip to Tel Aviv in Economy class. Two tickets will be up for grabs, one on Tuesday October 3 and one on Wednesday October 4.

EL AL offers travel agents the opportunity to earn MILES with Miles Attack. The 5 travel agents having sold the most tickets between Paris, Nice or Marseille and Tel Aviv for trips in September 2023, November 2023 and February 2024 will obtain 20,000 MILES, to spend either on gifts or in All points (program Accor loyalty card), or converted into euros on their Miles Attack Mastercard. The challenge will end on December 31, 2023.
- EL AL launches its new EL AL Protect service
EL AL, Israel’s national airline, announces the launch of its new EL AL Protect cancellation program, which allows you to cancel a plane ticket up to 24 hours before the departure time indicated on the ticket, and to obtain a credit for the total value of the ticket. This service, to be purchased at the time of booking, is available on all EL AL sales channels (website, travel agencies), and cannot be added or canceled after purchasing the plane ticket.
- EL AL receives its fourth 787-8 Dreamliner and inaugurates its first SAF flight
EL AL, Israel’s national airline, announces the acquisition of its fourth 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft. This new aircraft, which bears the name of the city “Nof HaGalil”, joins EL AL’s Dreamliner fleet currently made up of 16 aircraft of this type, namely twelve 787-9s and four 787-8s. For its maiden voyage, the plane was welcomed on Tuesday August 1 during a traditional “water salute” ceremony at Ben Gurion Airport after a direct flight from Boeing factories in Seattle to Tel Aviv.
This date marks another turning point in the history of EL AL as it is the first flight using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). This event positions EL AL at the forefront of global airlines in terms of sustainability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

EL AL announces the launch of its new on-board menu by Assaf Granit, Israeli Chef who won a star in the Michelin Guide. The menu, kept secret for months, was launched on the Tel Aviv – Paris flight on Tuesday September 5, 2023 and will be gradually introduced in all cabin classes by the end of September. Economy Class passengers will be able to enjoy a new selection of sandwiches, and Premium and Business passengers will enjoy a variety of new dishes showcasing the fusion of classic Israeli cuisine with a modern twist.
