At the end of March, easyJet inaugurated two new destinations from Paris-Beauvais:
- Nice, with 2 flights per week (Monday; Friday or Thursday and Sunday in summer);
- Milan-Malpensa, up to 4 flights per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday).
Edo FRIART, Commercial Director and Member of the Management Board of SAGEB, indicated that “easyJet is now the platform’s third operator. The company is stepping up its activities with the inauguration of two new destinations, including Nice, the line most awaited by local residents. We are pleased that easyJet, one of
the most important airlines in Europe, develops from the airport, a sign of confidence underlining the dynamism and influence of our infrastructure and our territory. »
Reginald OTTEN, easyJet Deputy Director for France, commented that “with Paris-Beauvais, easyJet serves 23 airports in France and remains faithful to its strategy of developing a relevant domestic offer on the routes in demand and where there is no fast and affordable direct route alternative via ground transport.
We are happy to inaugurate this line which will connect Hauts-de-France and Normandy (Eure, Seine maritime), an underserved region in terms of air traffic, to this essential domestic destination that is Nice by operating our flights on a modern Airbus fleet, with quality service on board. »
