Flydubai today announced an agreement to purchase 30 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner to develop your network withintroduction of large aircraft.
At a signing ceremony at the Dubai Airshow, the Dubai-based airline, which currently only operates a fleet of 79 single-aisle Boeing 737 aircraft, announced plans to use the long-haul Boeing 787 to open new routes to internationally and increase its capacity on existing routes.

The 787-9 can carry 296 passengers 14,010 km (7,565 nautical miles) in addition to cargo. According to Boeing forecasts, the Middle East’s aircraft fleet is expected to more than double over the next 20 years. Nearly half of these deliveries will be wide-body aircraft, driven by the region’s growing position as an international air transit hub.
