Best Western International has increased its African presence with the opening of the Best Western Coral Beach Hotel in Dar Es Salaam, the capital of Tanzania
The hotel is Best Western’s first in Tanzania.
Located in Dar Es Salaam’s exclusive Msasani Peninsula area and within 5 kilometers of the U.S. Embassy, the hotel overlooks the Indian Ocean and offers an excellent vantage point for the beautiful sunsets seen on Africa’s East Coast, according to Best Western.
“We are excited to welcome Best Western’s first hotel in Tanzania, and one of the first Western hotel brands in Dar Es Salaam,” says Suzi Yoder, vice president of international operations. “With its prime location, amazing sunset views and business-class services, the Best Western Coral Beach Hotel is a strong addition to our brand portfolio in Africa.”
The boutique-style hotel offers 62 guest rooms, an ocean-side restaurant and on-site bar and lounge. Its upscale guestrooms feature free wireless internet access and flat-screen LCD televisions, and some offer ocean views.
Guests also receive a complimentary full breakfast and have complimentary access to the hotel’s business center and fitness center.
Each Best Western-branded hotel is independently owned and operated. Since launching in 1946 Best Western has grown into a hotel brand that hosts 400,000 guests on average worldwide each night. To find out more about the Best Western brand or to book a hotel, visit www.bestwestern.com.
