Ani Villas International Ltd has opened two new high-end luxury villas on the Caribbean island of Anguilla in the British West Indies.
The villas are perched on cliffs overlooking the white sand and clear waters of Little Bay, and the development is simply called Ani Villas. According to the owner, the villas offer guests the feeling of a “private island” experience together with all the amenities of a high-luxury, all-inclusive resort.
Both villas, which were designed by architect Lee Skolnick, are decorated in contemporary style and feature three master bedrooms and two twin guest rooms. They can be rented together as The Estate, a 25,000-square-foot compound or individually (with a five night minimum booking); and come with an extensive list of high-end amenities including a dedicated personal staff, complimentary rental car, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, house wines, provisions purchasing and more.
Taking into account the importance of providing customized options, Ani Villas is offering the homes with a kosher kitchen and food package, wheelchair-accessible accommodations and plenty of sports, spa and other activities for all ages.

The company plans to expand its villa-resort collection to other exotic locations spanning the globe. First to follow the Anguilla project will be a resort on the north coast of the Dominican Republic in 2012. Ani Villas is aiming to open new developments at several Asian and African destinations in 2013, among them Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Zanzibar, Mauritius and Mozambique.
To kick off the opening of the Anguilla villas, Ani Villas is offering low-season rates for the coming winter season for all bookings made before December 1. Low-season rates are set at $30,000 per villa per week, which the company says is a $10,000 discount from its normal high-season rate of $40,000. In addition, as part of the introductory offer, all weekly bookings for the coming season will be offered free golf for up to four guests per day.
