The terminal will also remain open to the public: information and reservation services will be available during this period from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday and Sunday afternoon from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
In order to limit as much as possible the impact of the work on the service offered to travelers, the CCI Caen Normandie and CCI Seine Estuaire, managers of the Caen and Deauville airports, are pooling their organization. In agreement with Voloteapart of the Spanish airline’s scheduled Caen-Carpiquet flights will be provided departing from and arriving at Deauville-Normandie airport during the duration of the work. However, flights operated by Air France will be suspended during this period.
The cost of the work is 6.9 million euros excluding tax and borne 50% by the owner of Caen la Mer airport, 25% by the Normandy Region and 25% by the airport manager, the CCI Caen Normandy.
