The airlines of Lufthansa Group And Navan today announced the expansion of BusinessToGo in France, to meet the demand for business travel of the small and medium enterprises (SME) in France.

This all-in-one travel platform allows businesses to book flights, hotels, cars and trains using a single travel management tool. By integrating customer company policy, individual traveler preferences and optimal pricing, the BusinessToGo platform dynamically displays the most relevant booking options.

PartnerPlusBenefit, Lufthansa Group’s popular loyalty program, is also integrated with BusinessToGo, allowing users to earn points when booking flights on Lufthansa Group and partner airlines. PartnerPlusBenefit members can also use their points to book their Award flights on the platform.

Customers can choose between two BusinessToGo pricing plans, depending on their needs: an Essentials plan and a Premium plan. With both options, corporate customers can book flights from Lufthansa Group and its joint venture partners, as well as flights from other airlines. This includes NDC and competitive rates, as well as a wide range of hotels, trains and car rentals offered by Navan.

The Essentials plan is designed for businesses with up to 100 travelers and does not include booking fees. It offers small and medium-sized businesses a holistic travel management platform with enhanced policy and profile management, CO2 emissions reporting, 24/7 support, centralized invoicing, dedicated support during implementation place, as well as access to more advantageous hotel rates.

For companies with more than 100 travelers, the Premium plan integrates the Navan travel management platform with internal systems, such as HR or ERP (ERP) systems. This package includes a fee of 5 euros per reservation. With the Premium plan, business customers benefit from better handling and additional assistance in configuring the platform. Travelers also benefit from unlimited use of Navan’s generative AI and travel agent support.
