British Airways will launch daily flights from London Heathrow to Abu Dhabithe capital of United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the next summer season, after a four-year hiatus.
The resumption of this regular connection, interrupted due to the pandemic, will begin on April 20, 2024. Daily flights will be operated in Boeing 787-9 and will strengthen connectivity to the UAE with existing flights to neighboring destination Dubai, served three times daily from London Heathrow by the British airline.
To celebrate this recovery, British Airways is offering return fares from £449 in Economy Class and £1,999 in Business Class, available to book before November 12, 2023.
“We are delighted to welcome British Airways back to Abu Dhabi International Airport, adding to the growing list of major carriers expected to use Terminal A as their operating base in Abu Dhabi. New luxurious gateway to Abu Dhabi, Terminal A will be open to the public from November 1, providing state-of-the-art facilities for passengers and airlines“, welcomed Maureen Bannerman, commercial director of Abu Dhabi Airports.
