THE Bless Ibiza does nothing like everyone else. The resort has decided to break with the classic Mediterranean style to impose its style. Without overdoing it, they create a perfectly balanced atmosphere, drawing on the very essence of luxury hotels while appropriating its codes. Among the exclusivities, the BlessedBed, composed of Egyptian cotton sheets (400 threads/cm²) and mattresses specifically designed for the hotel. This little marvel of bedding can be found in all the main categories of accommodation.

The Deluxe Roome, overlooking the hill covered with pine trees of Cala Nova, or directly on the sea, is a pretty space of 27m² alternating between black lines, white tones and pink touches. All the necessary comfort, including a shower separated from the outside by a single-storey window, reinforcing the impression of volume. Outdoor furniture, 55-inch TV and high-end body treatments complete the package.
The 38m² Studio Suite of pure comfort, featuring a sublime pink sofa delicately placed in an open living room, as well as a king-size bed. The circular bath with massaging jets opens directly onto the outside (totally cut off from the gaze of other guests, don’t worry).
It also exists in a version with a second whirlpool bath placed on the terrace. A must to enjoy the purely Mediterranean atmosphere of the surroundings.

This is the premier category for relaxing and reconnecting with yourself. The Bless your Mediterranean View Room with a richly decorated 48m² surface area, overlooking the sea. The Bless your Presidential Suite is the premier category. 133 m² of elegant decadence, sleeping up to 5 adults. It houses a sauna, marble bathrooms, two 180° terraces, an outdoor jacuzzi. Martín Berasategui presents the new menu of Etxeko, the restaurant of his gastronomic landmark located at BLESS Hotel Ibiza. A menu rewarded with its first Michelin star, to be enjoyed from April 28.
Located in the most hedonistic hotel on the island and run by chef Paco Budia, this place brings together the characteristic flavors of Martín Berastegui’s cuisine and incorporates the best ingredients from Ibiza. A reinterpretation of Basque gastronomy featuring local products.
For this season, Martín Berasategui and Paco Budia invite guests to be seduced by the most sublime products and creations, according to the sea, the countryside and the seasons. A culinary journey that can be savored and discovered through the tasting menu, including novelties such as “El Clásico” (sparkling chilli, pickled Ibizan syrup with cucumber and watercress mayonnaise) or “La Frescura” ( brandy-glazed celery, carrot, beetroot and fruit compote), combined with some Berasategui classics such as “Tortilla líquida de jamón” or “la ensalada Etxeko”. Flavors referring to the roots of Martín Berasategui and reflecting his commitment to the Balearic environment.
