Awards: Air France receives five stars in the APEX 2024 world ranking

For the second year in a row, Air France has received five stars in the ranking APEX 2024 unveiled during the APEX/IFSA ceremony, held yesterday in Los Angeles.

The French company stands out once again for the quality of the travel experience on board its planes: cabin comfort, catering offerings, on-board entertainment, connectivity services, excellence in cabin service. This ranking is based on the independent evaluation of more than a million flights by passengers from nearly 600 airlines worldwide, with ratings ranging from 1 to 5 stars.

APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association) is a recognized research and evaluation organization in the field of customer travel experience. Its scope includes the world’s leading airlines, airports, alliances, suppliers and companies committed to improving the air travel experience. The APEX Awards are held each year, on the occasion of the presentation of the official ranking of airlines, the first ranking based on a rating carried out by passenger customers.

The complete list of airlines to have obtained five stars in the APEX 2024 ranking: Aeromexico, Air Canada, Air France, Air New Zealand, American Airlines, ANA, Austrian, Cathay Pacific, Delta Air Lines, EL AL, Etihad, Eva Air, Finnair, LATAM Airlines, Lufthansa, Korean Air, SAS, Swiss, United Airlines, Vietnam Airlines and Virgin Atlantic.
