Your bags will be sealed upon collection, prior to loading, and you can track their location and status at any time, in real time, via the AirPortr app. In addition, once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive reminder messages at regular intervals to ensure the smooth transfer of your luggage.
All you have to do is get to the airport. Your luggage will then be waiting for you safely at the baggage carousel at your destination airport. You can also book AirPortr for your return trip to Switzerland, Zurich and Geneva. Simply enter your baggage delivery address when booking.
